To correct this, phonetizer needs to see grammar. Not easy at all.

Does the Phonetizer need a short unstressed version of /i:/?
Many dictionary keys do not have a way to clearly represesnt schwi /i/ unstressed.
They either use ee or i .. as you seem to do here with i: and i
city = cIti rather than citi.
For British English it is RP, for American English I use the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary database. http://www.speech.cs.cmu.edu/cgi-bin/cmudict I'm not sure what variant of English it is, but I think it must be General American.
I think your site is great for teachers and student who want to learn English.
